1. Analyze production processes and develop quantitative diagnostics.
2. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvement strategies to eliminate or reduce them.
3. Lead and implement action plans.
4. Measure results and adjust action plans as necessary.
5. Develop and construct performance dashboards and indicators using ERP and MES data.
6. Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups for diagnostics, problem-solving, training, and change management.
7. Contribute to the implementation of new work methods and tools.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence (equivalent to Green Belt), Production Management, or Supply Chain Management (equivalent to APICS basics).
2. Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence tools and methods.
3. Possess a rigorous and analytical mindset.
4. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
6. Possession of a driver's license is advantageous for travel to industrial sites.
