Hermès Industrial Performance Assistant

- Analyze production processes and develop quantitative diagnostics.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvement strategies to eliminate or reduce them.
- Lead and implement action plans.
- Measure results and adjust action plans as necessary.
- Develop and construct performance dashboards and indicators using ERP and MES data.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups for diagnostics, problem-solving, training, and change management.
- Contribute to the implementation of new work methods and tools.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence (equivalent to Green Belt), Production Management, or Supply Chain Management (equivalent to APICS basics).
- Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence tools and methods.
- Possess a rigorous and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Possession of a driver's license is advantageous for travel to industrial sites.

No prior experience required, but a strong foundation in industrial engineering principles is necessary.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
