Hermès Indirect Procurement Specialist

- Develop a procurement strategy for indirect purchases across the HMM group.
- Analyze spending to categorize indirect purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand indirect procurement needs.
- Propose supplier panel rationalization.
- Negotiate and formalize supplier contracts.
- Evaluate purchase requests and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee the supplier panel.
- Ensure the integration of new suppliers into the panel.
- Maintain and update procurement conditions in group systems.
- Analyze supplier performance and implement tracking indicators.
- Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize costs and quality.
- Monitor market trends and innovations in indirect procurement.
- Master's degree or engineering diploma in Procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and crisis communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Interest and aptitude in supplier CSR.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 5 years in indirect procurement, ideally within the industrial sector.
Master's degree or engineering diploma in Procurement.
