- Contribute to the implementation of the indirect procurement strategy in support of buyers.
- Study and facilitate the creation of qualitative and quantitative synergies in indirect procurement across various group entities.
- Manage the group's indirect procurement catalogs.
- Identify and propose procurement optimization opportunities through data analysis.
- Participate in tenders with buyers, including supplier research, creation of specifications and consultation documents, negotiation, and contractualization.
- Assist in the deployment and management of contracts, including communication, activity reviews, and KPI management.
- Develop common tools to assist local buyers, such as specifications, evaluation grids, and market analysis.
- Support internal clients with procurement tools like e-procurement and reporting.
- Promote sustainable development actions, focusing on inclusive and responsible procurement and supplier carbon footprint assessments.
- Lead EcoVadis CSR evaluation campaigns.
- Support the implementation of procurement best practices.
- Engage the Indirect Procurement community through newsletters and internal communication.
- Propose and organize internal networking events for buyers.
- Student in a Master's program in Procurement.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship in procurement preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence others.
- Adaptability and analytical rigor.
- Curiosity and proactive problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in procurement is preferred.
Master's degree in Procurement or related field.
