Hermès Incident Manager

- Certification in ITIL or equivalent.
- Proven experience in incident management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in incident management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
