Hermès Incident Manager

- Oversee and manage the incident management process within Hermès Information Systems (HSI).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize the impact of incidents on business operations.
- Monitor incident trends and develop proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders during incident resolution.
- Maintain and update incident management documentation and procedures.
- Proven experience in incident management or a similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in incident management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in incident management or a related IT role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
