1. Manage and oversee import and export flows, ensuring accurate invoicing of shipments.
2. Prepare export documents in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
3. Ensure daily departures to clients in designated geographical areas, considering deadlines, administrative constraints, and customs regulations.
4. Handle return flows from subsidiaries according to established procedures.
5. Monitor shipments, record customs documents, and conduct necessary checks.
6. Update procedures in line with regulatory changes.
7. Compile activity reports to account for operations and service performance.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or International Trade.
2. Previous experience in a similar internship role, with knowledge of international trade rules (Incoterms).

1. Attention to detail, proactive, and autonomous.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage crises effectively.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and effective communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
5. Excellent command of English.

Previous experience in a similar internship role is preferred, with a solid understanding of international trade regulations.
