1. Manage and oversee import and export flows, ensuring accurate billing of shipments.
2. Develop export documents in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
3. Ensure daily departures to clients within the designated geographical area, considering time constraints, administrative requirements, and customs regulations.
4. Handle return flows from subsidiaries according to established procedures.
5. Monitor shipments, record and verify customs documents.
6. Update procedures in line with regulatory changes.
7. Prepare activity reports to document operations and service performance.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or International Trade.
2. Previous experience in a similar internship, with knowledge of international trade rules (Incoterms).

1. Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage crises.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation and effective communication in both verbal and written forms.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Fluency in English.

Previous internship experience in a similar role is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or International Trade.
