- Ensure the execution of HR processes and data quality, serving as a pivotal role in the team's efficient HR management.
- Advise employees on social legislation and manage interfaces with payroll, contract, and legal services.
- Maintain and update personnel files and assist employees in updating their personal information in the HRIS.
- Record contractual changes in the HRIS and maintain the document database.
- Provide reporting to the Management Team on social management control data and prepare reports requested by the Group.
- Support the development and deployment of the site's training plan, manage registrations, liaise with training organizations, and organize logistics.
- Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on training plan deployment.
- Oversee recruitment, integration, and monitoring of temporary staff, and support the recruitment of artisans, apprentices, and interns.
- Facilitate the deployment of the HRIS tool, assisting managers and employees in its use, and liaise with central project teams to report any issues.
- Manage relationships with internal and external health and safety stakeholders and ensure the deployment of mandatory training.
- Contribute to the deployment of various HR projects and participate in organizing site events.
- Higher education with a specialization in HR management.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor law and a keen interest in this field.
- Proficiency in data processing and information systems, with strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on listening and service.
- Agility, autonomy, and the ability to propose solutions.
- Recognized sense of confidentiality.
