Hermès Human Resources Project Officer

- Support the central HR team in deploying and managing strategic processes, including performance campaigns, salary reviews, and talent reviews.
- Assist in the organization and execution of the annual recruitment campaign for the 'Young Tanners' graduate program.
- Calculate and manage the incentive campaign for various companies within the division.
- Prepare and co-host meetings for Hcp's Disability Ambassadors and support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Construct dashboards and track key indicators to provide a consolidated view of activities to the Hcp management committee.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and qualitative analyses as needed.
- Contribute to the deployment of HR projects aligned with Hcp and Hermès priorities, such as international benefits, internal mobility policies, and manager development.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+5) with a focus on Human Resources.
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Previous experience in a Human Resources role is required, ideally within a similar industry or setting.
Master's degree in progress, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
One-year apprenticeship opportunity starting in September 2025, located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
