1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a human resources role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
