1. Oversee and manage the human resources operations for the IDF region.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the fashion or luxury industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
