Hermès Human Resources Manager

- Oversee and manage the human resources operations for the IDF region.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee engagement and development programs.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the fashion or luxury industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
