1. Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
7. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
2. People-oriented and results-driven with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
3. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems.

1. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources managerial role within the luxury fashion industry or a similar field.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
