1. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with company standards.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
