1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
5. Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

2. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
