Hermès Human Resources Manager

- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources functions in alignment with Hermès and HMM strategies.
- Lead a team of three HR professionals, ensuring effective HR operations.
- Define and implement strategic HR roadmaps for the IDF division.
- Facilitate organizational changes, focusing on skill development and employee performance.
- Participate in the IDF division's executive committee to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain constructive social relations and co-manage the Works Council with the division director.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and Hermès' social strategy.
- Drive internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
- Manage performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
- Ensure adherence to HR administrative processes and legal requirements.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's level preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management roles.
- Proven expertise in social relations and labor law.
- Experience in operational HR challenges and strategic HR development.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Operational focus with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Autonomous with strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and challenges.
A minimum of 10 years in human resources management, with a strong background in social relations and labor law, and experience in recruitment, training, and HR development.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
