- Oversee human resources management for stores in the Riviera, West, and Rhin-Rhône regions.
- Collaborate with store directors and management teams, supporting store activities and projects.
- Supervise a Human Resources Officer for administrative, payroll, and HRIS tasks.
- Advise and support managers in organizational projects and strategic initiatives.
- Manage evaluation processes and salary reviews.
- Facilitate career management and enhance team versatility and employability.
- Coordinate recruitment, training priorities, and performance management.
- Participate in budgetary staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Enhance resource agility and promote inter-store mobility.
- Optimize payroll relations and manage absenteeism.
- Engage in social dialogue and internal communication deployment.
- Lead or participate in transversal projects and HR communication initiatives.
- Generalist or social law education with HR specialization (e.g., Celsa, Ciffop, Master's, Science Po)
- Minimum of 5 years of successful operational HR experience
- Strong interest in retail and customer service orientation
- Team spirit and open-mindedness
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and open nature
A minimum of 5 years in operational human resources roles, preferably within the retail sector.
Generalist or social law education with specialization in Human Resources.
