1. Serve as a business partner to managers and employees, providing daily support on legal matters and advice.
2. Facilitate change management and organizational evolution.
3. Transmit Hermès' culture and spirit.
4. Manage career development and participate in HR campaigns such as talent reviews and salary reviews.
5. Handle disciplinary cases.
6. Oversee the full recruitment process for both managerial and non-managerial positions, including approximately 60 hires per year.
7. Maintain recruitment tools and coordinate with the finance department.
8. Develop relationships with recruitment partners.
9. Manage recruitment of interns and apprentices in collaboration with Hermès Service Group.
10. Identify training needs and develop training plans with managers, managing a budget of 300,000 euros annually.
11. Collaborate on custom training programs with external organizations.
12. Communicate personnel movements and manage various situations with the Payroll Competence Center team.
13. Participate in HR projects such as talent reviews and integration processes.

1. Higher education degree (Bac + 5, Business School, University, Sciences Po, etc.).
2. 8-15 years of experience as an HR Manager.
3. Advanced project management experience.
4. Strong recruitment process knowledge.
5. Experience in environments requiring diplomacy and influence management.

8-15 years of experience as an HR Manager with advanced project management skills and strong recruitment process knowledge.

Higher education degree (Bac + 5, Business School, University, Sciences Po, etc.).

Unlimited contract.
