Hermès Human Resources Manager

- Serve as the primary contact for managers and employees within the designated scope, providing daily support on legal matters and advice.
- Facilitate change management and organizational evolution.
- Convey the culture and ethos of Hermès.
- Participate in career management and development initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to various HR campaigns, including talent reviews, salary reviews, and internal surveys.
- Manage disciplinary cases.
- Oversee the full recruitment process for both executive and non-executive roles, approximately 60 per year, from profile definition to integration.
- Monitor recruitment and movement, updating tools and coordinating with the finance department.
- Develop relationships with recruitment partners.
- Coordinate the recruitment of interns and apprentices in collaboration with the Hermès Service Group recruitment team.
- Administer the recruitment interface.
- Identify training needs and construct the training plan with managers, managing a budget of 300,000 Euros annually.
- Allocate the training budget according to strategic priorities.
- Co-develop custom training programs with external organizations and monitor plan and budget execution.
- Communicate information regarding employee movements or contractual changes.
- Manage various situations in collaboration with the Group Payroll Competence Center team.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects within the division, including reviewing HR tools and processes.
- Advanced degree (Master's level, Business School, University, or Sciences Po).
- 8 to 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Advanced project management experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes.
- Experience in environments requiring diplomacy and influence management.
- Autonomous and committed with a strong service orientation.
- Comfortable working with creative, engineering, and artisan profiles.
- Strong listening skills, openness, flexibility, creativity, and pedagogical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage disciplinary situations.
- Agility and capacity to find innovative solutions within defined frameworks.
- Maturity and ability to maintain perspective.
- Rigorous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
8 to 15 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role, with advanced project management expertise.
Master's degree in Business, University, or Sciences Po.
