- Serve as a business partner to managers and employees, providing daily support on legal matters and advice.
- Facilitate change management and organizational evolution.
- Transmit Hermès' culture and spirit.
- Manage career development and participate in HR campaigns such as talent reviews and salary reviews.
- Handle disciplinary cases.
- Oversee the full recruitment process for both managerial and non-managerial positions, including approximately 60 hires per year.
- Maintain recruitment tools and coordinate with the finance department.
- Develop relationships with recruitment partners.
- Manage recruitment of interns and apprentices in collaboration with Hermès Service Group.
- Identify training needs and develop training plans with managers, managing a budget of 300,000 euros annually.
- Collaborate on custom training programs with external organizations.
- Communicate personnel movements and manage various situations with the Payroll Competence Center team.
- Participate in HR projects such as talent reviews and integration processes.
- Higher education degree (Bac + 5, Business School, University, Sciences Po, etc.).
- 8-15 years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Advanced project management experience.
- Strong recruitment process knowledge.
- Experience in environments requiring diplomacy and influence management.
- Autonomous and committed with a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with creative, engineering, and artisan profiles.
- Strong listening skills, openness, flexibility, creativity, and teaching ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage disciplinary situations.
- Agility and capacity to find innovative solutions within a defined framework.
- Maturity and ability to take a step back.
- Rigorous with analytical and synthesis skills.
8-15 years of experience as an HR Manager with advanced project management skills and strong recruitment process knowledge.
Higher education degree (Bac + 5, Business School, University, Sciences Po, etc.).
Unlimited contract.
