- Ensure compliance with legal obligations regarding payroll, personnel administration, and labor legislation.
- Monitor and enforce procedures related to working hours and recruitment processes.
- Guarantee the accuracy of data necessary for payroll processing.
- Prepare and update monthly reports and reporting tables.
- Participate in recruitment for permanent, temporary, and internship positions.
- Conduct recruitment processes for both internal mobility and external searches.
- Organize onboarding programs for new hires.
- Assist in validating probation periods and training pathways.
- Support the HR Director in preparing meetings with elected representatives.
- Provide daily support to managers on legal issues and social concerns.
- Maintain a high-quality social climate through ongoing dialogue with employee representatives.
- Support management in handling interviews and delicate situations.
- Conduct annual salary reviews ensuring internal and external equity.
- Contribute to the annual appraisal process and adapt it to company changes.
- Define and implement the training plan in collaboration with the Production Director.
- Manage the training budget aligning with strategic site objectives.
- Participate in projects aimed at talent development and team engagement.
- Engage in cross-functional missions and projects within the Leather Goods division.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably industrial.
- Experience in operational HR issues and social relations management.
- Experience within a corporate group is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, influence, and teamwork capabilities.
- Proven operational focus and proximity work preference.
