Hermès Human Resources Manager

- Ensure compliance with legal obligations regarding payroll, personnel administration, and labor legislation.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to procedures related to working hours and recruitment processes.
- Guarantee the accuracy of data required for payroll processing.
- Prepare and update monthly reports.
- Participate in recruitment processes for permanent, temporary, and internship positions.
- Conduct recruitment processes for both internal mobility and external searches.
- Organize onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support the validation of probationary periods and training paths.
- Assist the HR Director in preparing meetings with elected representatives.
- Provide daily support to managers on legal issues and social matters.
- Monitor social climate and actively report on emerging issues.
- Maintain a high-quality social climate through continuous dialogue with employee representatives.
- Support management in conducting interviews and handling delicate situations.
- Conduct annual salary reviews ensuring internal and external equity.
- Contribute to the annual review process and adapt it to company developments.
- Define and implement the training plan in collaboration with the Production Director.
- Manage the training budget in alignment with strategic site objectives.
- Participate in projects aimed at talent development and employee engagement.
- Engage in cross-functional missions and projects within the Leather Goods division.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Experience in handling operational HR issues.
- Proven experience in managing social relations and dialogue.
- Experience within a corporate group is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and work collaboratively.
- Passion for operational roles and close-proximity work.
- Alignment with the group's human values (ethics, humanism, people-oriented).
- Autonomy, maturity, and ability to maintain perspective.
- Excellent listening, openness, pedagogical, and creative skills.
- Service-oriented with a rigorous and methodical approach.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment, ideally within the industrial sector, handling operational HR issues and managing social relations.
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
