- Implement and oversee the HR strategy at the Vaudreuil site, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Maintain a high-quality social climate through continuous dialogue with employee representatives and staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate HR practices, supporting team leaders in their daily management tasks.
- Supervise a team of four, including an on-site nurse, and manage cross-functional HR projects.
- Contribute to strategic industrial projects, including the development of a second industrial site.
- Facilitate recruitment, integration, and career development processes, ensuring alignment with Hermès' standards.
- Oversee performance management, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.
- Enhance internal communication to foster team spirit and optimize information flow.
- Guide organizational change and support agile, evolving team structures.
- Ensure budgetary compliance and provide quality HR reporting.
- Generalist education with specialization in Human Resources (IAE, Celsa, Ciffop, Master in Law, Sciences Po, Business School).
- Confirmed experience of at least 10-15 years in generalist human resources within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience in managing social relations.
- Strategic and operational business partner capabilities.
