- Support the organization and monitoring of training needs assessment.
- Participate in the arbitration and operational implementation of the training plan.
- Track employee training requests and manage enrollments via the HRIS.
- Organize external training registrations and associated follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal and external providers for training organization.
- Conduct mid-year and end-of-year training activity reports.
- Assist in the follow-up of actions from the QVT survey 'Hermès à l'écoute'.
- Contribute to the deployment of the 'mobility plan' with Pluxee.
- Engage in HR development projects, annual review campaigns, and social data reporting.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and prepare reports for managers.
- Assist in developing remuneration packages for candidates.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, time management, and HR tools.
- Serve as the primary contact for interns and apprentices, managing administrative follow-ups.
- Draft amendments and disciplinary letters.
- Maintain various reporting elements such as entries/exits and absences.
- Update contractual and job-related elements in the HRIS.
- Create an HR dashboard.
- Support internal event organization, such as integration days.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources is required.
- Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in HR functions.
- Recognized organizational skills and autonomy from previous internships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and responsiveness.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Aptitude for IT tools and systems, particularly in HRIS management.
- Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
