- Lead and manage the HR team, including three HR Managers, a training manager, and two HR officers.
- Support organizational evolution within the regional hub.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including the creation of over 80 artisan positions annually, leveraging the Hermès School of Savoir-Faire.
- Enhance team development through integration initiatives, skills development, career management, and performance reviews.
- Facilitate social dialogue with various employee representative bodies and social institutions.
- Monitor and analyze social and performance indicators.
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
- Advanced degree in Business School or Master's in philosophy, psychology, law, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in fostering a cooperative culture.
- Expertise in social dialogue facilitation.
At least 10 years in a generalist HR role, ideally within an industrial setting.
Advanced degree in Business, Philosophy, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
