Human Resources Director

1. Manage the HR team, including 3 HR Managers, a training manager, and 2 HR officers.
2. Support organizational changes within the regional division.
3. Oversee recruitment and training, with more than 80 artisan positions created annually, leveraging the Hermès School of Savoir-Faire.
4. Enhance team development through integration, skill development, career management, individual and development reviews, and managerial model animation.
5. Facilitate social dialogue with various employee representative institutions and social institutions.
6. Monitor and analyze social and performance indicators.
7. Support the digital transformation of HR.
8. Participate in cross-functional HR projects.

1. Higher education in Business School or Master's degree in philosophy, psychology, law, or equivalent.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Promote a culture of cooperation.

At least 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial environment.

The position is located at Maroquinerie des Ardennes, one of the nine regional divisions dedicated to artisanal leather goods manufacturing. The division is central to Hermès' strategy, focusing on production capacity growth and maintaining high-level craftsmanship.
