1. Lead and manage the HR team, including three HR Managers, a training manager, and two HR officers.
2. Support organizational evolution within the regional hub.
3. Oversee recruitment processes, including the creation of over 80 artisan positions annually, leveraging the Hermès School of Savoir-Faire.
4. Enhance team development through integration initiatives, skills development, career management, and performance reviews.
5. Facilitate social dialogue with various employee representative bodies and social institutions.
6. Monitor and analyze social and performance indicators.
7. Drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
8. Participate in cross-functional HR projects.

1. Advanced degree in Business School or Master's in philosophy, psychology, law, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an industrial environment.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in fostering a cooperative culture.
3. Expertise in social dialogue facilitation.

At least 10 years in a generalist HR role, ideally within an industrial setting.

Advanced degree in Business, Philosophy, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
