1. Oversee all aspects of Human Resources in alignment with Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie's strategy and the Normand division's roadmap.
2. Lead a team of four HR professionals.
3. Define and implement optimal organizational structures with the management committee.
4. Facilitate organizational changes, focusing on skill development, performance, and employee satisfaction.
5. Implement social strategy orientations and maintain constructive social relations.
6. Co-lead the CSE with the division director and participate in CSSCT.
7. Negotiate company agreements.
8. Manage recruitment and training plans in collaboration with Hermès' training school.
9. Identify key positions and map talents within the division.
10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
11. Conduct annual salary reviews and support performance improvement processes.
12. Participate in HR projects related to growth and internal communication.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in business, political science, or HR specialization.
2. Confirmed experience in social relations and labor law.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, including HR Manager or Director.
4. Proven experience in operational HR challenges.
5. Expertise in recruitment, training, and HR development.
