Hermès Human Resources Director

- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources for the Normand division, aligning with the strategic direction of Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie.
- Lead a team of four HR professionals, including three HR Managers and one HR Officer.
- Collaborate closely with the Normand division's Director and management committee to define and implement organizational changes.
- Facilitate change management and play a pivotal role in team development initiatives.
- Ensure the transmission of Hermès' culture and values within the site.
- Define and implement optimal organizational structures with the management committee to achieve internal project success.
- Support organizational changes, focusing on skill development, performance, and employee well-being.
- Implement social strategy orientations as defined by the Group and Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie division.
- Maintain constructive social relations and co-animate the CSE with the division's Director.
- Negotiate company agreements, including NAO, profit-sharing, and gender equality.
- Lead recruitment and training plans in alignment with strategic orientations.
- Identify key positions and define competency models.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a culture of health and safety.
- Conduct annual salary reviews and support performance improvement processes.
- Participate in HR projects related to the division's growth and internal communication plan.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in social relations and labor legislation.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, including HR Manager or Director positions.
- Successful experience in operational HR challenges.
- Expertise in recruitment, training, and HR development.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively.
- Proficiency in strategic HR planning and implementation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on social relations and labor law, is required. Prior experience as an HR Manager or Director is essential.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
