Hermès Human Resources Director

- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources in alignment with Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie's strategy and the Normand division's roadmap.
- Lead a team of four HR professionals.
- Define and implement optimal organizational structures with the management committee.
- Facilitate organizational changes, focusing on skill development, performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Implement social strategy orientations and maintain constructive social relations.
- Co-lead the CSE with the division director and participate in CSSCT.
- Negotiate company agreements.
- Manage recruitment and training plans in collaboration with Hermès' training school.
- Identify key positions and map talents within the division.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct annual salary reviews and support performance improvement processes.
- Participate in HR projects related to growth and internal communication.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in business, political science, or HR specialization.
- Confirmed experience in social relations and labor law.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, including HR Manager or Director.
- Proven experience in operational HR challenges.
- Expertise in recruitment, training, and HR development.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support teams.
