- Actively participate in the design and execution of physical and digital events, including the deployment of dynamic displays.
- Draft articles and select content to enhance the artisans' understanding of the Hermès group.
- Compose notes on arrivals, mobility, and organizational changes.
- Support the organization of internal events to foster cohesion among entities.
- Implement internal communication projects in collaboration with Hermès' communication teams.
- Develop selection processes for young graduates and oversee their professional integration.
- Recruit interns and young graduates for the manufacturing site.
- Contribute to the development of onboarding programs for new hires.
- Create and implement training content for operators and temporary staff.
- Deploy Hermès group training programs and support the organization of expert training sessions.
- Assist in implementing HR processes on-site with managers and artisans.
