1. Actively participate in the design and execution of physical and digital events, including the deployment of dynamic displays.
2. Draft articles and select content to enhance the artisans' understanding of the Hermès group.
3. Compose notes on arrivals, mobility, and organizational changes.
4. Support the organization of internal events to foster cohesion among entities.
5. Implement internal communication projects in collaboration with Hermès' communication teams.
6. Develop selection processes for young graduates and oversee their professional integration.
7. Recruit interns and young graduates for the manufacturing site.
8. Contribute to the development of onboarding programs for new hires.
9. Create and implement training content for operators and temporary staff.
10. Deploy Hermès group training programs and support the organization of expert training sessions.
11. Assist in implementing HR processes on-site with managers and artisans.
