1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Support the management of recruitment and selection processes.
3. Assist in the creation and implementation of training and development programs.
4. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in human resources and talent development.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required, though previous internships in HR or related fields are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
