- Design and implement the training plan for Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM).
- Prepare, launch, and facilitate professional interview campaigns across the group, gathering training requests for HMM's headquarters.
- Consolidate needs, arbitrate, budget, and validate the development plan within HMM's financial framework.
- Deploy the training plan, managing administrative, logistical, and financial aspects.
- Promote the Learning Management System (LMS) by regularly communicating available training modules on the 'My Campus' platform.
- Contribute to the cross-functional project of polishing savoir-faire transmission.
- Manage the 'Golden Hands' integration program, organizing and participating in new employee onboarding.
- Assist in monitoring the talent development plan.
- Actively participate in the change management plan for the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) with initial experience in a corporate environment.
- Interest in deepening knowledge of generalist HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-quality environment.
- Comfortable with both operational and strategic topics.
- Open-minded, attentive, intuitive, action-oriented, and curious.
- Recognized for discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, rigorous, methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Initial experience in a corporate environment is required.
Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5).
