Hermès Human Resources Development Associate

- Assist in defining candidate profiles for recruitment.
- Source candidates and screen resumes.
- Conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
- Participate in organizing recruitment events.
- Contribute to the facilitation of physical and virtual school forums.
- Engage in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including disability awareness and association partnerships.
- Support various HR projects, including annual review campaigns and group presentation consolidation.
- Generate reliable and regular activity reports.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Analytical acumen and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about challenges and adept at managing urgent tasks.
- Team-oriented with a sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in Human Resources is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
The position offers a one-year apprenticeship with exposure to a dynamic HR environment and the opportunity to engage in meaningful projects.
