1. Assist in defining candidate profiles for recruitment.
2. Source candidates and screen resumes.
3. Conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
4. Participate in organizing recruitment events.
5. Contribute to the facilitation of physical and virtual school forums.
6. Engage in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including disability awareness and association partnerships.
7. Support various HR projects, including annual review campaigns and group presentation consolidation.
8. Generate reliable and regular activity reports.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).
2. Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
3. Analytical acumen and attention to detail.
4. Enthusiastic about challenges and adept at managing urgent tasks.
5. Team-oriented with a sense of confidentiality.

2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

4. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in Human Resources is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
