Human Resources Development Assistant Intern

1. Organize logistics for various training sessions in coordination with the training team and Hermès Service Group.
2. Formalize feedback on the training plan to managers.
3. Handle training registrations.
4. Assist in implementing locally organized training sessions.
5. Validate registrations for integration training (both Group and local).
6. Update job descriptions.
7. Participate in various HR projects, including internal events, seminar organization, and diverse studies.
8. Collaborate with the HR team on other topics as needed.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in university or business school.
2. First successful experience in HR (training, generalist HR, recruitment, social relations, etc.).
3. Looking for a gap year or end-of-studies internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Interest in digital tools.
3. Dynamic with excellent interpersonal and relational skills.
4. Rigorous, organized, and agile.

First successful experience in HR is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in university or business school.
