1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
2. Support the HR team in managing recruitment processes.
3. Contribute to the design and execution of training and development programs.
4. Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities.
5. Aid in the preparation and updating of HR documentation and records.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in human resources and organizational development.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior professional experience required, though any exposure to HR functions is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
