- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Support the HR team in managing recruitment processes.
- Contribute to the design and execution of training and development programs.
- Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities.
- Aid in the preparation and updating of HR documentation and records.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior professional experience required, though any exposure to HR functions is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
