Hermès Human Resources Development Assistant

- Assist in the implementation of onboarding programs for new employees in the Europe and Middle East region, including program development, scheduling, and coordination of visits.
- Draft nomination notes in collaboration with subsidiaries for publication on the intranet.
- Compose monthly mobility newsletters for regional staff, highlighting inspiring mobility stories and available positions, and propose content improvements based on subsidiary feedback.
- Support recruitment projects and activities, including assisting subsidiaries with recruitment tools, processing spontaneous applications, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives, such as awareness campaigns on disability during SEEPH and sharing best practices.
- Support internal communication efforts by organizing events and seminars, both in-person and virtual, including planning, vendor coordination, program development, and invitation drafting.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR tools and practices.
- Participate in additional HR missions or projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required due to the international scope of the role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail and effective priority management.
Previous experience in human resources is required, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and priority management skills.
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field in progress.
