Hermès Human Resources Development Assistant

- Facilitate the integration and engagement of interns and apprentices through key events such as orientation, mid-year, and year-end gatherings.
- Coordinate participant invitations and identify event speakers.
- Manage the logistical and operational aspects of events.
- Oversee the administrative processes of recruitment and integration, including document collection, CERFA preparation, and liaising with OPCO for funding requests.
- Support the deployment of the Hermès Parfum et Beauté training plan.
- Prepare for professional interviews and input training needs into the HRIS.
- Consolidate training needs and assist in plan arbitration.
- Administer training sessions, including scheduling, space reservation, participant invitation, and updating HRIS.
- Organize internal events at Paris and Vaudreuil sites, including product and métier workshops.
- Assist in the organization of Hermès Parfum et Beauté events, managing participant lists, signage, and event setup.
- Master's student in Business Administration, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in an HR role such as HR Officer, recruitment, training, or HR development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, service orientation, and teamwork.
- Attention to detail, methodical approach, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an affinity for IT tools.
Previous experience in a human resources role is required.
Master's degree in progress in Business Administration or related field.
