- Coordinate the onboarding process for the footwear division, including organizing integration days and proposing individual onboarding modules.
- Facilitate the arrival of new employees in collaboration with managers and support teams.
- Ensure timely distribution and follow-up of employment contracts.
- Oversee the documentation required for employee integration.
- Monitor the progress of interns and apprentices, conducting regular check-ins with students and managers.
- Track mandatory training completion within the first month of employment.
- Draft internal communications for the intranet.
- Update the HRIS with employee data in coordination with payroll and technical support.
- Address employee inquiries and requests.
- Manage leave of absence processes, including return-to-work procedures.
- Monitor and report on working hours in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Prepare and maintain various reports, including employee turnover and workforce statistics.
- Enroll new employees in integration and company culture programs.
- Ensure employees register for approved training sessions.
- Register employees for external training programs.
- Evaluate and report on the annual training plan.
- Foster a close and trusting relationship with employees and managers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources is required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Recognized for organizational skills and autonomy in previous internships.
- Interest in continuous improvement and innovation, with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and responsiveness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
