- Assist HR Managers in onboarding processes to ensure a personalized and seamless experience for new employees.
- Maintain integration reports and coordinate necessary follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Manage the preparation of employment files, badge requests, and onboarding checklists.
- Coordinate medical appointments in collaboration with the Occupational Health Service.
- Implement mentorship programs, including identifying mentors and preparing related documentation.
- Draft nomination notes and monitor probationary periods in collaboration with HR Managers.
- Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects, including disability initiatives, document updates, and office relocations.
- Ensure continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide daily administrative support to employees, addressing HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR Administration and Payroll teams to maintain data quality in the HRIS and update HR indicators.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating with the Group Recruitment Directorate and maintaining recruitment records.
- Enrollment in a business school or university program with a focus on human resources.
- Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment, demonstrating an interest in HR.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other IT systems.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Enthusiasm for the perfume and beauty industry.
Previous experience in a corporate setting, ideally within human resources, is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
