1. Assist the Human Resources Development Manager of Hermès Recruitment in the operational management of various tasks.
2. Collaborate with Hermès recruitment managers and their teams on integration processes, including contract follow-up and onboarding management.
3. Maintain HR dashboards and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS systems.
4. Implement and manage the training plan, including session creation and logistical organization.
5. Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on training initiatives.
6. Handle administrative HR tasks and prepare necessary documentation.
7. Participate in HR projects focusing on digital transformation, recruiter training programs, and social responsibility initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with prior corporate experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
4. Autonomous with a proactive approach.
5. Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen interest in IT tools (ERP, HRIS).
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience in a corporate setting, ideally within a generalist HR role.

Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/5)
