- Assist the Human Resources Development Manager of Hermès Recruitment in the operational management of various tasks.
- Collaborate with Hermès recruitment managers and their teams on integration processes, including contract follow-up and onboarding management.
- Maintain HR dashboards and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS systems.
- Implement and manage the training plan, including session creation and logistical organization.
- Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on training initiatives.
- Handle administrative HR tasks and prepare necessary documentation.
- Participate in HR projects focusing on digital transformation, recruiter training programs, and social responsibility initiatives.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with prior corporate experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
- Autonomous with a proactive approach.
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen interest in IT tools (ERP, HRIS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a corporate setting, ideally within a generalist HR role.
Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/5)
