- Manage spontaneous applications, recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices, and support their integration.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to HR, including contract management, employee records, and compliance with GDPR.
- Handle employee health matters, including medical visits and leave management.
- Participate in social relations activities, including health and safety committee meetings.
- Organize and manage the process for employee service awards.
- Assist in the deployment of the training plan and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Manage internal communication platforms and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Contribute to HR projects, including event organization and job description development.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.

- Autonomous with a proactive approach.

Experience in human resources or related administrative roles is preferred.
