1. Manage spontaneous applications, recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices, and support their integration.
2. Oversee administrative tasks related to HR, including contract management, employee records, and compliance with GDPR.
3. Handle employee health matters, including medical visits and leave management.
4. Participate in social relations activities, including health and safety committee meetings.
5. Organize and manage the process for employee service awards.
6. Assist in the deployment of the training plan and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
7. Manage internal communication platforms and ensure timely dissemination of information.
8. Contribute to HR projects, including event organization and job description development.

Experience in human resources or related administrative roles is preferred.
