- Assist the HR Manager in onboarding processes to ensure a personalized and unique experience for new employees.
- Maintain and update integration reports, ensuring timely alerts and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Manage the preparation of employment files and coordinate onboarding checklists.
- Facilitate the setup of integration programs and mentorship identification for new hires.
- Draft appointment notes and manage medical appointment follow-ups.
- Monitor probation periods in collaboration with HR and managers.
- Provide daily administrative HR support and guidance to employees.
- Coordinate with the personnel administration and payroll team on various HR matters.
- Ensure data quality in the HRIS in collaboration with the HR Administration and Payroll team.
- Contribute to the deployment of annual and professional review campaigns.
- Participate in gathering and consolidating training needs and assist in HR arbitration.
- Monitor the operational deployment of the training plan and liaise with external training organizations and the Group Training Department.
- Prepare monthly reports and ensure data quality in the HRIS.
- Contribute to various transversal projects such as Disability Mission, updating job descriptions, and improving onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Student in business school or university with a focus on human resources.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, ideally confirming an interest in HR.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information.
- Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and propose solutions in generalist functions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
- Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in HR functions.
- Interest in IT tools and systems for managing HR tracking tools and HRIS.
- Interest in the Perfumes and Beauty sector.
- Team-oriented mindset and desire to engage with a dynamic HR team.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and IT tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in a corporate setting, particularly in human resources.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university program related to human resources.
