- Manage temporary staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate with managers to assess staffing needs.
- Liaise with temporary employment agencies.
- Conduct weekly contract and hour checks using digital tools.
- Monitor temporary staff throughout their assignments.
- Oversee billing processes in the accounting system.
- Prepare and verify reports.
- Conduct recruitment interviews for temporary positions.
- Update procedures for managing temporary personnel.
- Participate in HR development projects, including disability policy initiatives.
- Engage with educational institutions for internships and events.
- Contribute to internal communication and events.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
- Handle candidate applications and administrative follow-ups.
- Organize and facilitate orientation days for new employees.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Bac+2 to Bac+3 level).
- Seeking a 1-2 year apprenticeship contract.
- Dynamic, proactive, and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and enthusiastic with a service-oriented mindset.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor law.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with HR processes and labor law is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Bac+2 to Bac+3 level).
