Hermès International Human Resources Assistant Intern

- Assist in the coordination of international HR operations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Contribute to the organization of training and development programs.
- Aid in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
No prior professional experience required, though previous internships in HR or related fields are advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
