1. Register employees for training in coordination with central HR services
2. Organize logistics for internal training sessions
3. Update HR tracking with training plan data
4. Prepare HR-related meeting materials
5. Participate in meetings and draft minutes
6. Monitor absenteeism and participate in related working groups
7. Follow up on HR actions

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR from a specialized school or business school with HR specialization
2. Recognized for organization and dynamism
3. Strong listening skills, curiosity, and service orientation

1. Proficiency in computer tools
2. Ability to work transversally with product training managers
3. Maintain relationships with Group Training, local market training managers, and collection and sales teams

No specific experience required, but the internship is aimed at students seeking practical HR experience.
