Hermès Human Resources Assistant Internship

- Enroll employees in training programs in coordination with central HR services.
- Organize logistical aspects of internal training sessions (AMMA).
- Update HR tracking systems with training plan data.
- Prepare HR-related meeting materials (staffing, agreement projects, internal rules, BDES, HR projects).
- Participate in institutional meetings and draft meeting minutes.
- Monitor absenteeism and participate in a working group on absenteeism.
- Track action items and project progress.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (specialized school or business school with HR specialization).
- Recognized for organizational skills and dynamism.
- Strong listening skills, curiosity, and service orientation.
- Proficient in using computer tools.
- Ability to work transversally with two Product Training Managers.
- Maintain relationships with Group Training, local market training managers, and collection and commercial teams.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in HR studies is essential.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or related field.
