1. Support the Human Resources team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
3. Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employee development.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry and HR practices.

1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

No prior experience required, though previous internships in HR or related fields are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
