Hermès Human Resources Assistant Intern

- Coordinate employee training registration in collaboration with central HR services.
- Organize logistics for internal training sessions.
- Update HR tracking systems with training plan data.
- Prepare HR-related meeting materials, including workforce data and internal policies.
- Participate in HR meetings and draft minutes.
- Monitor absenteeism and contribute to related working groups.
- Track and follow up on HR actions and initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven organizational skills and dynamic approach.
- Strong listening skills, curiosity, and service orientation.
- Proficiency in computer applications.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in HR is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with HR specialization.
