1. Coordinate employee training registration in collaboration with central HR services.
2. Organize logistics for internal training sessions.
3. Update HR tracking systems with training plan data.
4. Prepare HR-related meeting materials, including workforce data and internal policies.
5. Participate in HR meetings and draft minutes.
6. Monitor absenteeism and contribute to related working groups.
7. Track and follow up on HR actions and initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven organizational skills and dynamic approach.
3. Strong listening skills, curiosity, and service orientation.
4. Proficiency in computer applications.
