Hermès Human Resources Coordinator

- Assist in the administration of pre-boarding and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new employees.
- Maintain and update personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and track HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, time management, and HRIS utilization.
- Support the organization and monitoring of HR campaigns, including training needs assessments and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes through proactive suggestions.
- Manage training requests and enrollments via the HRIS, ensuring efficient execution of the training plan.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for both internal and external training sessions.
- Facilitate internal communication by organizing events and drafting messages.
- Update distribution lists to ensure effective communication within the organization.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a luxury or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with labor law and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (in progress).
