1. Collaborate with the HR Assistant to manage temporary staffing, including liaising with agencies, searching for temporary staff, drafting mission requests, and organizing arrivals.
2. Monitor working hours, overtime, and absences in collaboration with HR Business Partners, reporting any issues as necessary.
3. Ensure proper contract signing, onboarding, personnel file updates, and offboarding processes.
4. Participate in HR projects, including development, training initiatives, internal events, seminar organization, and various studies.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in HR roles such as training, generalist HR, recruitment, or employee relations.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.

A proven track record in human resources, particularly in training, generalist HR, recruitment, or employee relations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
