- Prepare for the arrival of new employees, including contract management, onboarding processes, and integration pathways.
- Organize and implement the Hermès Bijouterie integration program, both digitally and in-person.
- Oversee the integration and supervision of interns and apprentices, including orientation, tutor relations, and mission follow-ups.
- Draft nomination notes for dissemination to the department and the Group intranet for new employees.
- Enroll new employees in the mentorship program, pairing them with a mentor.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the training plan, including registration management and logistical organization.
- Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on the training plan.
- Ensure mandatory training is completed within the first month of employment.
- Update the HRIS with employee data, coordinating with payroll and technical support.
- Address employee inquiries and requests.
- Monitor work stoppages and initiate necessary processes, such as return-to-work visits.
- Maintain and track various HR reports, including entries/exits and workforce statistics.
- Actively participate in the development and organization of internal engagement activities, such as monthly meetings and organizational notes.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources is required.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proven organizational skills and autonomy.
- Interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and responsiveness.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in Human Resources, ideally through internships or similar roles.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
