- Assist in the daily operations of the HR team, gaining exposure to HR functions within a dynamic and cohesive team.
- Support the management and facilitation of training programs for Hermès International employees, working closely with the HR Manager responsible for training, development, and integration.
- Participate in the annual training cycle, including the development and operational deployment of Hermès International's training plan.
- Coordinate the collection of training requests within the Holding scope using the Learning module of the HRIS.
- Facilitate the arbitration and prioritization of training requests in collaboration with the four HR Managers of the Holding.
- Manage the operational deployment of training enrollments and ensure the training plan is well-maintained, liaising with external training organizations and internal teams, handling agreements, scheduling changes, and invoicing.
- Implement in-house training sessions, including invitations, room bookings, participant materials, attendance tracking, and HRIS reporting.
- Prepare monthly reports and produce ad hoc presentations and analyses for various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a project to engage the community of interns and apprentices at Hermès International, defining modalities, frequency, and tools.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring administrative and relational quality, and organize integration seminars for interns and apprentices.
- Maintain administrative records in the HRIS, ensure follow-ups, and provide reporting.
- Act as an HR point of contact for interns and apprentices throughout their experience, addressing inquiries, providing support, and identifying potential.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects based on interest and skill development, such as alumni community management and coordination of short-term internships.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources from a Grande École, business school, or university, with initial HR experience.
