Hermès HSE Project Officer

- Collaborate with the HSE Manager to implement the HSE policy across three sites.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory texts.
- Participate in accident cause analysis and oversee improvement actions.
- Update the Single Document with the CSSCT and monitor ad hoc action plans.
- Engage in transversal projects and lead HSE communication initiatives.
- Conduct VCS and HSE audits.
- Ensure site compliance with ICPE regulations, including preparation and follow-up of visits and inspections.
- Manage environmental obligations, including measurements, controls, and follow-ups.
- Perform periodic checks of equipment and installations.
- Update and disseminate mandatory documents and procedures (DRPCE, ERC, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) from an engineering school or university.
- Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong technical foundation in safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to support and work transversally.
- Strong operational focus and preference for close-proximity work.
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management.
- Leadership and exemplary behavior regarding safety culture.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within an industrial environment is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) from an engineering school or university.
