1. Prepare and support the transfer of activities concerning HSE and material relocation.
2. Facilitate the launch of new operations at the Isle d'Espagnac facility, focusing on HSE aspects and initiating maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and periodic inspections.
3. Develop a risk prevention and management strategy for a growing team and operations.
4. Assist HSE Managers across the Southwest Pole in achieving their 2025 objectives.
5. Maintain and update all HSE tools, including safety procedures and compliance audits.
6. Coordinate with external companies for material transfer and ensure seamless communication with workshop managers and maintenance technicians.
7. Deploy HSE tools and propose training plans for hygiene and safety in new facilities.
8. Coordinate emergency plans and legal compliance actions.
9. Manage external contractors, ensuring safety protocols and permits are in place.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably a Master's (Bac +5).
2. Experience in starting up operations or workshops.
3. Project management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Exemplary conduct, teamwork, and adaptability.
6. Autonomy, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
7. Analytical and synthesizing abilities with a capacity to unite teams.
