Hermès HSE Project Officer

- Prepare and support the transfer of activities concerning HSE and material relocation.
- Facilitate the launch of new operations at the Isle d'Espagnac facility, focusing on HSE aspects and initiating maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and periodic inspections.
- Develop a risk prevention and management strategy for a growing team and operations.
- Assist HSE Managers across the Southwest Pole in achieving their 2025 objectives.
- Maintain and update all HSE tools, including safety procedures and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with external companies for material transfer and ensure seamless communication with workshop managers and maintenance technicians.
- Deploy HSE tools and propose training plans for hygiene and safety in new facilities.
- Coordinate emergency plans and legal compliance actions.
- Manage external contractors, ensuring safety protocols and permits are in place.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably a Master's (Bac +5).
- Experience in starting up operations or workshops.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exemplary conduct, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
