1. Define and implement HSE strategies in alignment with the Group's objectives.
2. Manage and oversee HSE projects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HSE performance and culture.
4. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Proven experience in HSE management within a corporate environment.
2. Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related discipline.
