1. Contribute to the execution of the HSE roadmap for the Île-de-France region.
2. Ensure adherence to and compliance with group HSE standards, support field teams, and propose improvement actions.
3. Participate in defining and implementing the HSE onboarding process for new employees, visitors, and external companies.
4. Monitor regulatory developments to anticipate legal and normative changes (ICPE regulation, REACH).
5. Conduct awareness and training sessions for teams, tailoring messages to engage all employees.
6. Manage and supervise certain HSE services: measurement campaigns, periodic inspections.
7. Prepare for and support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance and following up on action plans.
8. Drive action plans related to HMM's Sustainable Development roadmap.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE), industrial risk management, or engineering school with HSE specialization.
2. Initial operational experience in industry, ideally in metallurgy, chemistry, or luxury sectors.

3. Proactive and team-oriented approach.
4. Strong affinity for fieldwork.
5. Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and legislation (industrial safety, ICPE, waste management).
6. Proficiency in chemical risk management and associated evaluation methodologies.
7. Experience in audit management and regulatory compliance.
8. Ability to conduct accident/incident investigations and propose corrective actions.
9. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
