Hermès HSE Project Manager

- Contribute to the execution of the HSE roadmap for the Île-de-France region.
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with group HSE standards, support field teams, and propose improvement actions.
- Participate in defining and implementing the HSE onboarding process for new employees, visitors, and external companies.
- Monitor regulatory developments to anticipate legal and normative changes (ICPE regulation, REACH).
- Conduct awareness and training sessions for teams, tailoring messages to engage all employees.
- Manage and supervise certain HSE services: measurement campaigns, periodic inspections.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance and following up on action plans.
- Drive action plans related to HMM's Sustainable Development roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE), industrial risk management, or engineering school with HSE specialization.
- Initial operational experience in industry, ideally in metallurgy, chemistry, or luxury sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Autonomy and rigor, with a pronounced sense of organization.
- Proactive and team-oriented approach.
- Strong affinity for fieldwork.
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and legislation (industrial safety, ICPE, waste management).
- Proficiency in chemical risk management and associated evaluation methodologies.
- Experience in audit management and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to conduct accident/incident investigations and propose corrective actions.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Initial operational experience in industry, ideally in metallurgy, chemistry, or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE), industrial risk management, or engineering school with HSE specialization.
