Hermès HSE Manager

- Cultivate and implement the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture and policies.
- Monitor investments and expenses related to HSE, Continuous Improvement, and Maintenance in collaboration with the Site Controller and Production Director.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the sites.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HSE roadmap for the PVDS division and HMS.
- Evaluate professional risks and maintain the risk assessment document in collaboration with various managers.
- Lead the risk reduction action plan in coordination with different stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis for workplace accidents and near-misses, and follow up on action plans.
- Develop and formalize appropriate instructions and procedures.
- Engage field actors in prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the site's CSSCT members and HSE liaisons.
- Propose and facilitate HSE training plans.
- Animate action plans related to HMS's Sustainable Development roadmap.
- Lead participatory working groups on continuous improvement topics and implement performance optimization tools (5S, Lean, Kanban, etc.).
- Manage site throughput times, including indicators, steering groups, and inventory management.
- Implement visual management on site (markings, screens, indicators, etc.).
- Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent experience in HSE, maintenance, and ideally continuous improvement.
