Hermès HSE Manager

- Develop and implement HSE policies and culture, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for HSE audits and participate in employee representative bodies.
- Supervise and coordinate HSE activities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through updates of mandatory displays, risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring.
- Manage health and safety at work, including monitoring accident statistics.
- Integrate HSE/ergonomics in project planning.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Develop action plans to mitigate identified risks in collaboration with various teams.
- Organize training and awareness sessions on health, safety, environment, and sustainability.
- Promote a culture of risk prevention and environmental protection.
- Conduct various HSE reportings.
- Integrate sustainable development principles into organizational activities.
- Identify and implement initiatives to reduce the company's ecological footprint and promote social responsibility.
- Foster employee well-being through wellness and prevention initiatives.
- Manage relationships with control bodies and stakeholders.
- Oversee external company management.
- Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in health, safety, environment, or sustainability.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and implementing HSE initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively raise awareness among staff.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in HSE risk management.
